Our body wraps can help give you the results that are typically achieved through surgery, face lifts or even 6-8 weeks at the gym all without the cost or the recuperation time.

How to prepare:

  • Plan on 2 hours for your first visit.
  • Do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to the wrap.
  • Do not wear lotion or oil the day of the wrap.
  • Cannot be on your menstrual cycle.
  • Do drink water so you aren't dehydrated. Just remember you won't be able to use the restroom for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Do plan to wear either a two-piece swim suit (non-slick) or panties (cotton) and bra during the wrap. (a regular bra is preferable to a sports bra.)
  • Men, please plan to wear either briefs or boxer briefs.
  • Have dry undergarments to wear afterwards.

 

Body Wrap Facts

The Body Wrap is not a "water wrap" or "dehydration" process. Inches lost will not return as long as you do not gain weight and get in a few times a year for a maintenance wrap.
